Yvonne Guenther is a world traveler. 16 years ago she packed her backpack, left her 8 to 5 job and regulated life in Stuttgart, Germany, and started exploring various different countries, cultures and places around the world. She spent days and weeks in the forests of New Zealand, lived and worked with street kids in Santiago de Chile, and meditated for months in monasteries in Asia. Taking time to learn about herself and unraveling her deepest fears and personal demons, she began a journey to find her inner source of happiness. Yvonne believes prevention is the key to healing. Living a healthy life begins with a good night’s rest. “What you are is what you think”, is not just a cliché; it all starts with the Self. Yvonne believes that the mind is the limit and starts healing from the inside out, beginning with the deepest layers of the Self. She not only helps heal emotional and physical pain, but she creates personal practices for healthy living.
"You only regret the things in life you haven't done" ~ Jim Goll It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” ~ Atoine de Saint-Exupéry - The little prince

Healing with Reiki and ABET Whilst on one of my travels in South East Asia, I fell very sick, and was treated for Typhoid with heavy antibiotics. I knew somewhere deep inside of me there was more to this sickness then what my eyes could see. I went to an Alternative Therapist and received a Treatment in combination with Reiki. The very same day I felt like a new person. I stopped the antibiotics, asked the doctor what I could do be more protected and self-heal myself. The answer was Reiki which eventually led me to my training in the Asian healing Technique ABET - Today many years later it purely fills my heart with pleasure and joy being able to share and help many more people than just myself to heal from the Inside Out
Yoga has found me There has always been a interest in Yoga. I knew about the physical, mental and spiritual benefits one can gain from this practice. As I was on this spiritual quest for many years the idea of doing yoga was always in the back of my mind but never crossed my path....And so one day Yoga has found me.
On my way to meet with friends a voice let me walk a different road than usual. As I came across a gym, I never knew existed, I had the impulse to go in and get their schedule - a day later I started with my first Yoga class … This was the day that I found my teacher, my daily practice and my path! First it was all about the physical challenge, stretching my muscles, gaining flexibility being able to bend like a pretzel - Eventually the connection between mind, body and spirit started to open and the breath took care of the journey.
Why Thai Massage? Practicing Yoga and the art of healing touch, I find in Thai Massage a wonderful complementary tool of treating the body mind and spirit at the same time. I find deep relaxation in this wonderful massage technique whilst the practitioner works with the body directly by applying a healing touch to the affected pressure points. The technique of soft touching and stretching also frees the tension in the limbs and muscles and brings about pain relief and improves flexibility. All this whilst just comfortable laying on the the massage mat.
